It started on March 5th when the NSDAP (The Nazi Party) won the election but in the presidential election again old ww1 General Paul von Hindenburg won again for a seventh term but fortunately for Hitler, He was chosen as chancellor of Germany and after one year Hindenburg died of old age Hitler became the president but he doesn't want to be a president he wants to be the fuhrer the dictator of german reich he put an agreement to the german people that he will make Germany great again and will restore the old german borders and more territory. But he will become the Fuhrer of Germany he violant the treaty of Versailles by recruiting the first Luftwaffe divisions and mass recruiting german army divisions exceeding the limit Germany can have in sort of army in the treaty of Versailles.

On March 8th, 1936 The German army entered the demilitarized zone of Rhineland which was a direct violation of the treaty of Versailles. Hitler also gives the army orders to retreat if the allies showed off but the allies did nothing only a diplomatic protest which anger Belgium which broke the pact with the french if the french and germans are at war french can put troops on the German border in Belgium. In Africa, the Italians attacked the Ethiopians to take revenge on them for the war of 1895 and also to gain some territories in east Africa.

After that, the Spanish civil war broke out on the 17th of July where the nationalist and republicans fight for a bloody conflict for 3 years. where the Germans and Italians tested their weapons on the republicans. Francisco Franco won the war and was in reign for 35 years.

On March 12th, 1938 Austria Voted to join the german reich where most of the Austrians vote to join the german reich, and officially on March 12th, the Germans entered Austria which known to us as the Anschluss.

In the year 1938, Hitler hoped for war because he knew the allies were very weak at that time. Hitler has the same strategy as the german empire had at ww1 capitulate (Make them surrender) the french and make peace with the British.

But Unfortunately for Hitler, there was no war in 1938 also because of the Munich Conference where the prime minister of the UK Chamberlain, President of France Pierre Laval, Dictator of Germany Hitler and Dictator of Italy Mussolini Where they met for the discussion of the Sudetenland which was an area where the population was mostly German and because of this Germany want to take Sudetenland where Hitler's demand was agreed but they signed a treaty with the UK that they will not invade rest of Czechoslovakia, now the Czech Republic and Slovakia but Hitler had already begun preparing to invade the rest of Czechoslovakia and eventually after some months Hitler invaded rest of Czechoslovakia and put a puppet government known as Slovakia.

After that On 23rd, March Germany take backed Memel from Lithuania, and On 23rd August the Hitler Foreign Minister Ribbentrop went to Moscow where they signed a Non-Aggression pact with the Soviets known as the Molotov-Ribbentrop Pact where they secretly divided Poland among them and doesn't attack each other.

On August 30th The Polish Ambassador Józef Lipski went to see Ribbentrop. he was presented with Hitler's demands. However, he did not have the full power to sign and Ribbentrop ended the meeting. The news was then broadcast that Poland Refused German Ultimatum. On Sept 1st, 1939 Germany invaded Poland Three days later on Sept 3rd Great Britain and France declare war on German Reich Officially starting WW2.
